Schedule a Jump Start session and we’ll go over your current health, diet and lifestyle, then set some goals and make a plan that works for you and your unique schedule.
Meal Planning 101: 2 hours + follow-up session/$150
There’s no “one-size-fits-all” plan when it comes to meal planning and prep, so let’s set up a custom plan that works for you! This is a highly customizable plan…..we will make it work for your specific needs, taking into account your family favorites, daily schedules, and health goals. Meal Planning 101 includes one 2-hour initial session and one 30-minute follow-up session.
Healthy Habits: 3 months/7 sessions ($350)
Lifetime health and wellness aren’t achieved through on-again/off-again dieting, restricting or focus. In this program you will develop daily habits that add up to more energy, better sleep, improved digestion, stable moods, weight loss and overall health. Healthy Habits includes one 90-minute Jump Start session, followed by six 50-minutes sessions (alternating weeks) for continued accountability and support.
