Weekly Menu: 4/13/2015

Here’s the plan for this week:

Monday:  Braised Pork Paprikash (from this book), cabbage noodles (from this book), steamed broccoli

Tuesday:  Chicken Tacos, spanish rice, salad

Wednesday:  Breakfast Burritos

Thursday:  Pot Roast, mashed potatoes (going to try this recipe)

Friday:  Leftovers

Saturday:  Grill (burgers or chicken), salad, roasted butternut squash

Sunday:  Kids’ Choice
