Weekly Menu: 8/29/2016

Here’s the plan for this week:

Monday:  Stuffed Peppers (a version of this)

Tuesday:  Thai Lettuce Wraps, raw veggies with dip

Wednesday:  Easy Chili, Cauliflower Rice (I buy pre-grated cauliflower)

Thursday:  Grilled Chicken, Roasted Veggies

Friday:  Leftovers
