Monday: Tortilla Soup (taco chicken with broth and veggies===super easy!)
Tuesday: Stir Fry (this recipe, but in the slow-cooker), Carrots
Wednesday: Grilled Chicken and Sausage, Roasted Cabbage, Salad
Thursday: Leftovers -or- Breakfast
