Skipping a trip to the store and using what I can find in the fridge and freezer for this week’s menu. Some meals could get interesting, but here’s to being creative with what I have!
Monday: Tacos, Salad, Green Beans
Tuesday: Cumin Pork Tenderloin, Sweet Potatoes, Sugar Snap Peas and Carrots with Ranch
Wednesday: Slow-Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken, Cauliflower Rice
Thursday: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, any other random veggie I find
