Weekly Menu: 5/16/2016

Monday:  Oven-Braised Mexican Beef, Cauliflower Rice, Salad

Tuesday:  Grilled Chicken and Sausage, Roasted Veggies

Wednesday:  Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup, Salad

Thursday:  Pork Carnitas (a version of this), Corn Salad (similar to this), Carrots (hoping to have fresh from my garden!)

Friday:  Leftovers
