Weekly Menu: 5/2/2016

Here’s the plan for this week:

Monday:  Out

Tuesday:  Grilled Chicken and Sausage, Buffalo Cauliflower (skip the water and flour), Salad

Wednesday:  BBQ Pork Sliders, Roasted Veggies

Thursday:  Chicken Enchiladas, Sautéed Corn (use frozen corn), Salad

Friday:  Stir-Fry Lettuce Wraps (similar to these)
