Here’s the plan for this week:
Monday: 30-Minute Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Carrots and Sugar-snap Peas
Tuesday: Sloppy Joes (similar to this), Big Salad
Wednesday: Kalua Pig (will use to make pork tacos, adding green salsa and avocado)
Thursday: Breakfast (eggs, bacon, pig-in-a-skillet from Wednesday’s Kalua Pig), fruit
We’re all over the place this weekend so it’ll be a combo of leftovers and eating out.
