Monday: This chicken, to be used in enchiladas and taco salad
Tuesday: Lasagna
Wednesday: Taco Tower (a request of my son’s….using this recipe for inspiration)
Thursday: Bacon-wrapped Chicken, Roasted Brussels sprouts
Friday: Leftovers
