Weekly Menu: 8/31/2015


Here’s the plan for this week:

Monday:  Chicken with Artichokes and Tomatoes in Creamy Mustard Sauce (from this book), steamed broccoli

Tuesday:  Enchilada Stuffed Peppers, carrots

Wednesday:  Breakfast Burritos

Thursday:  Grilled Flank Steak (using a version of this marinade), roasted Brussels sprouts, baked potatoes

Friday:  Leftovers or Out
