Tuesday:  Shredded Pork Tacos (inspired by this recipe), Cabbage Slaw with Marinated Onions

Wednesday:  Dirty Cauliflower Rice with Smoked Sausage

Thursday:  Stir Fry (chicken and broccoli)

Friday:  Pot Roast
