Tuesday:  Black Bean and Sweet Potato Taquitos (from this book), Veggies and Salsa for dipping

Wednesday:  Zucchini Meatballs with Marinara and Pasta (spaghetti and Banza pasta, from this book again), Salad

Thursday:  Chicken Tacos, Salad, Sautéed Corn (similar to this)
