Weekly Menu: 3/25/2019

Monday: Thai Chicken Tacos (using ground beef instead, scroll allll the way to the bottom of the post for the recipe)

Tuesday: Shredded Chipotle Beef Tacos with Chimichurri (from this book), Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower Rice

Wednesday: Crockpot Shawarma, Cucumber and Tomato Salad, Roasted Potatoes

Thursday: Short Ribs (if you haven’t made this recipe before…..do it ASAP. It’s super-easy and delicious!), Mashed Cauliflower, Roasted Green Beans

Friday: Leftovers or Out
