Weekly Menu: Sticky Note Version

Over the weekend I planned a whole menu and penciled it into my planner, but come Monday morning I thought, “nope, that’s not what I want for dinner tonight.”  So I rearranged some things and now we have the sticky note version.  Enjoy!

Monday:  Spaghetti Casserole (no real recipe, just spaghetti, sauce, meatballs and mozzarella, baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes)

Tuesday:  Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken, Rice (traditional and cauliflower), Roasted Green Beans

Wednesday:  Quinoa Corn Chowder (a version of this), Salad

Thursday:  Darn Good Chili (a huge batch, some for us, and some to share with a friend with a new baby)

Friday:  Grill
