Here’s the plan for this week:
Monday: Meatloaf and Butternut Squash Puree
Tuesday: Pork Ragu and Steamed Broccoli
Wednesday: Chicken Tacos and Cauliflower Rice
Thursday: Spaghetti (pasta and squash) with Meat Sauce (this sauce with browned ground beef added), Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Friday: Grilled Flank Steak and Roasted Cabbage
Sunday: Kids Cook-Reese
Reese will be making her all-time favorite dinner: egg, cheese and sausage burritos, along with a side of mashed potatoes. I think we’ll have some Steamed Up Broccoli as well.
