Friday: Hamburger Soup or Salisbury Steak
Saturday: Pot Roast (recipe from a gym friend)
Yes, Monday and Tuesday are repeats from last week…..though not really, since I never got around to making either of those things. Not sure what I made those days, but we must have eaten something delicious and nutritious, right?
