Here’s the plan for this week:
Monday: Breakfast-pancakes, eggs and bacon (chosen by my youngest, since she starts Kindergarten today!)
Tuesday: Shepherd’s Pie, steamed broccoli
Wednesday: Sausage and Kale Soup (omit beans), big salad
Thursday: Chicken Cacciatore with cabbage noodles and salad (new recipe….fingers crossed)
Friday: BBQ Pork
