Monday:  Southwestern Shepherd’s Pie (from this book), Steamed Broccoli

Tuesday:  Chicken Bites, Roasted Cauliflower, Salad

Wednesday:  Steak Taco Bowls (inspired by this recipe, using my steak taco recipe), Skillet Corn (similar to this)

Thursday:  Soup and Grilled Cheese

Friday:  Breakfast for Dinner (eggs, bacon, sweet potato & veggie hash)
