Because I am participating in the Whole Life Challenge for the next eight weeks, all of my menus will be compliant with their Lifestyle nutrition level. Any ingredients in the recipes I link to that are not compliant with be omitted or substituted.
Monday: Balsamic Pork Chops, Roasted Cauliflower
Tuesday: Spaghetti (trying a new sauce recipe….fingers crossed it’s good!), Spaghetti Squash
Wednesday: Dinner Out (another birthday, daughter #2 is turning 13!)
Thursday: Vegetable Soup (this one or this one)
Friday: Beef Stew (still deciding on a recipe…..any suggestions???)
