Weekly Menu: 4/27/2015


Monday:  Enchilada Stuffed Peppers (using jarred green salsa instead of making my own), carrots

Tuesday:  Grilled Chicken, corn on the cob, steamed broccoli

Wednesday:  Mini Meatloaf Muffins, salad bar

Thursday:  Chili Verde, cilantro-lime cauliflower rice

Friday:  Leftovers
