Monday:  Spaghetti (pasta and zucchini noodles) with meat sauce, Caesar Salad

Tuesday:  Chicken with Spring Veggies (similar to this), Steamed Broccoli

Wednesday:  BBQ Mini Meatloaves and Garlicky Green Beans

Thursday:  Buffalo Chicken (from this book), Chopped Salad
