Weekly Menu: 9/8/2014

Here’s the plan for this week:

Monday:  Mini meatloaf (recipe from this book), roasted cabbage, salad

Tuesday:  Chili Verde, salad

Wednesday:  Grilled chicken, roasted veggies

Thursday:  Taco Bowls (using leftover chili verde)

Friday:  Leftovers

Saturday:  Kids Cook (not sure which kid is cooking, but since my son is the one who requested we start this up again, I’m thinking it’ll be his turn!)

Sunday:  Leftovers
