Weekly Menu: February 12, 2018

Monday:  Grown-up SpaghettiO’s (yep, you read that right), Salad (with this dressing), Carrots

Tuesday:  Chicken Shawarma (trying out a new version of this recipe…hoping we like it as much as our usual)

Wednesday:  Chili (trying a new recipe recommended by a friend)

Thursday:  Chicken Tacos, Salad (making extra chicken to have on-hand for the weekend)

Notes:  I’m going out of town for the weekend with one of my kids so my husband will be on his own with the others.  I’ll make extra chicken on Thursday for tacos, quesadillas and salads.  I’ll also stocked the fridge with eggs, sausage, bacon and vegetables so they’ll have plenty of options.
