Weekly Menu: 2/9/2015

Here’s the plan for this week:

Monday:  Balsamic Pork Chops, mashed cauliflower (a version of this recipe), roasted green beans

Tuesday:  Chicken Nuggets (from this book), steamed broccoli, carrots

Wednesday:  Taco Bowls, salad

Thursday:  Beef and Butternut squash stew, sautéed greens

Friday:  Leftovers

Saturday:  We’ll go out for Valentine’s Day.  The kids will get to pick where we go, if they can all agree on the same restaurant….I’d say there’s about a 75% chance of that happening, hee, hee.

Sunday:  My oldest will be in charge of dinner…..knowing her, she’ll probably make waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon.
