Monday: Chicken Soup
Tuesday: Lasagna (kids have been begging so I’m trying out this recipe), Caesar Salad
Wednesday: Sausage and Brussels Sprouts, Carrots
Thursday: Steak Tacos
Weekend: I’m heading out of town for the weekend so I’ll prep a few things for my husband and kids to eat while I’m gone: leftover steak tacos from Thursday, plenty of fruit and vegetables, and eggs and fixings for breakfast burritos.
