We’re getting close to the last day of school around here, just about 13-ish days to go. I say 13-ish because the last few days are 1/2 days for my older girls, and even my younger two kids get a 1/2 day as well. So I guess 13 more school mornings to go……ready, set, GO!
Here’s my menu plan for this week:
Monday: Spaghetti with meat sauce (this sauce, and a combination of “zoodle” recipes (here and here) to go along with it), roasted radishes and carrots, and steamed broccoli
Tuesday: Chicken Tacos, corn salad (basically corn, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, salt and a bit of chili powder all mixed together)
Wednesday: Beef Stew, mashed cauliflower
Thursday: BBQ pork (pork roast in slow cooker on low all day, with 1/2 bottle BBQ sauce and 1/2 bottle of beer…..yum!), steamed broccoli, roasted cabbage
Friday: Out to dinner to celebrate my birthday….YAY!
