Here’s the menu for this week:
Monday: Shepherd’s Pie (haven’t decided on recipe yet, either from this book or this one), steamed broccoli
Tuesday: Slow-cooker Roast Chicken and Gravy, mashed cauliflower, roasted green beans
Wednesday: Sloppy Joes (buns for my kids, lettuce wraps for me), salad, carrots
Thursday: Chili, salad
Friday: Leftovers
