It’s not very often that a new recipe is a hit around my table, but Monday’s dinner was met with rave reviews. And by “rave reviews” I mean two kids cleaned their plates and the other two didn’t complain. That’s a huge win in my book. It doesn’t look like much, but it was really good, and will definitely be added to our regular rotation.
Monday: Chicken with Artichokes and Creamy Mustard Sauce (from this book, though I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and added some chard fresh from the garden), peas
Tuesday: Pork Tenderloin (trying a new recipe, haven’t decided yet, but it’s between two recipes from this book), steamed broccoli
