Here’s the plan for this week:
Monday: Balsamic Pork Chops (subbed white wine for the balsamic….yum!), roasted green beans
Tuesday: Steak Tacos/Salad (flank steak and a jar of salsa in the slow cooker all day. easy-peasy)
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Chicken Soup, salad
Friday: Grill (most likely burgers, maybe steak if I get to the store before then), roasted broccoli
