Weekly Prep and Menu: 2/6/2017

(Spaghetti Squash in Slow-cooker—-easiest way to prep for spaghetti pie)

Monday: Sheet Pan Steak and Veggies 

Tuesday:  Sautéed Chicken (similar to this), Sautéed Greens, Roasted Veggies

Wednesday:  Vegetable Soup and Grilled Cheese

Thursday:  Spaghetti Pie (similar to this), Steamed Broccoli 

Weekend Prep:

This week is just a lot of chopping and/or grating vegetables, along with prepping some carrot sticks for the kids’ lunches and snacks.  Won’t take long, maybe 30 minutes, but will save so much time during the week.
