Weekly Menu: 3/5/2018

Monday:  Taco Casserole, Carrots

Tuesday:  Sesame Chicken, Rice (cauliflower and regular), Steamed Broccoli

Wednesday:  Baked Ziti, Caesar Salad

Thursday:  Steak Tacos, Salad

Friday-Monday:  out of town**

**I’m leaving Thursday morning to head out of town for a long weekend, so I’ll be setting up some food for my husband and kids before I go.  There will be plenty of leftovers from Thursday’s steak tacos for tacos, quesadillas and nachos…..they may even add it to some scrambled eggs for breakfast burritos.  I’ll also make some hardboiled eggs, chop up some carrot sticks and make a big salad mix.  If the weather is nice they amy grill some chicken and sausage.  Fortunately, my husband is great in the kitchen so everyone will eat well while I’m gone….though they’ll be ready for me to back to cooking Tuesday night!
